So what is Poké?

Poké (pronounced poh-kay) is a refreshing seafood salad originating from the islands of Hawaii. The word Poke itself is actually the Hawaiian verb for “section” or to “slice or cut”.

Traditionally Poke is made from cuts of tuna or octopus, adding some flavoured rice and several different toppings.

At PokiPoké, we decided to give it different forms and you will be able to eat either Poké bowls or Pokirrito.
